Tipsy Artist is the best! Super Fun with excellent teaching that is patient and so encouraging. She had me laughing and smiling the whole time. I had a blast! PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

By purchasing, accessing, or using any Tipsy Artist® digital products, memberships, or content, you agree to the following legally binding terms.

1. Company Information

This website and all related products and services are owned and operated by:

2. License Grant & Usage

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Painting tutorials

  • Traceable line art

  • Templates

  • Supply lists

  • Videos and training materials

(collectively referred to as “Content”) is the exclusive property of Tipsy Artist LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Content in accordance with the license purchased.

3. License Types

Personal Use License

  • For personal, non-commercial use only

  • Not permitted for teaching classes or generating income

Single-Artist Commercial License

  • Valid for ONE (1) individual artist only

  • Must be a sole proprietor operating independently

  • Permits:

    • Teaching painting classes

    • Hosting paid events

    • Generating revenue using the designs

4. Strict Single-User Limitation

This license is strictly limited to one individual user only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login access

  • Allowing multiple instructors to use materials

  • Use by studios, franchises, corporations, or teams

  • Use by businesses employing multiple artists

Any such use requires a custom licensing agreement.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share digital files

  • Upload or share files on any platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Sell or give away the designs (free or paid)

  • Create derivative digital products for resale

  • Upload designs to print-on-demand platforms (Redbubble, Printify, Zazzle, etc.)

6. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Use any Content for AI training or machine learning

  • Upload Content to AI platforms or datasets

  • Use designs to generate AI-based artwork

7. Intellectual Property

All Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred.
You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action and financial damages.

8. Trademark & Branding Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Use the name “Tipsy Artist®” in your business name

  • Represent yourself as Tipsy Artist®

  • Imply affiliation, partnership, or ownership

You MAY state:
👉 “Licensed Artist using Tipsy Artist® designs”

9. No Sharing or Transfer

Your license is:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-shareable

  • Valid only for the original purchaser

10. Payments & No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Due to the nature of digital products:
👉 No refunds will be issued

You agree to provide valid payment information and pay all fees associated with your purchase.

11. Earnings Disclaimer

The Company makes no guarantees regarding income or results.

Your success depends on:

  • Your effort

  • Your business execution

  • Your experience and skill

12. Limitation of Liability

All Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Tipsy Artist LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income

  • Business interruption

  • Technical issues

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate access without refund

  • Remove users violating these terms

  • Take legal action if necessary

14. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Stripe

  • Hosting platforms

  • Third-party services

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tipsy Artist LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Content.

16. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

17. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of any changes.
