Leadership isn’t just about what you accomplish. It’s about who you are becoming while you lead—and what actually flows out of you.

The LIFE Path Leadership Formation Assessment is a comprehensive 20-module, 100-statement leadership diagnostic for men who own businesses, lead companies, lead teams, lead their homes, and carry responsibility wherever God has placed them. Rather than measuring revenue, productivity, influence, or outward performance, it examines the source of your leadership—the formation happening beneath the results.

You’ll work through the four stages of the LIFE Path:

LEVERAGE — Identity, prayer, God-designed wiring, assignment, and vision
INFLUENCE — Inner governance, healing, repentance, relational authority, understanding people, faith expression, counsel, and accountability
FOCUS — Obedience, surrendered goals, time, energy, attention, and sustainable rhythms
EXECUTE — Counting the cost, biblical courage, courageous action, soul-protecting systems, and finishing well

The assessment includes 100 scored statements and 20 written “Go Deeper” responses designed to surface what a number alone cannot reveal. You are asked to evaluate the man you are today, including how your leadership shows up under pressure—not simply the man you intend to become.

When you finish, you won’t simply receive one overall number. You’ll build a Leadership Formation Profile across all four LIFE Path stages, revealing where your foundation is established, where formation is still under construction, and where deeper work may be needed. The assessment then helps you identify your three lowest modules and locate the earliest stage that needs attention so you have a clear place to begin.

This isn’t about earning a perfect score. It’s about getting an honest picture of the man doing the leading—at work, at home, and wherever leadership responsibility has been entrusted to you.

Plan approximately 75–105 minutes for the complete assessment, or work through one LIFE Path stage at a time across multiple sittings.
