Beyond the Goodbye provides:

  • 1:1 coaching calls

  • Emotional support and guidance

  • Digital products and educational resources

All services are intended for personal growth, self-reflection, and emotional support only.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Care

By booking, you understand and agree that:

  • Services are not therapy, counseling, psychology, psychiatry, or medical treatment

  • No diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical advice are provided

  • Services are not a replacement for licensed mental health care

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe emotional distress, or a mental health emergency, please contact 911 or local emergency services immediately.

3. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your emotional well-being and decisions

  • Coaching is a collaborative process and results are not guaranteed

  • Emotional topics such as grief and loss may arise during sessions

You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your experience.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking

  • Prices may change at any time

  • Payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as StanStore and payment processors)

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited without refund

  • Emergencies are handled with compassion at the discretion of Beyond the Goodbye

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and digital services:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds for completed services, missed sessions, or unused time

7. Confidentiality

  • Information shared during sessions is treated with care and confidentiality

  • Confidentiality may be broken if required by law or if there is risk of harm

  • Coaching confidentiality is not the same as therapist-client privilege
