A few things worth knowing before you book:

• I don't work on success fees and this is not something I ever negotiate. Founders who are serious about raising investment, invest in getting the process right - they don't wait to see if someone else can do it for them. Success fee arrangements attract the wrong dynamic and I don't offer them.

• I'm not a broker and I don't recommend using one at your stage. I won't introduce you to investors or find you capital. What I do is build the system that gets you there yourself - which is faster, cheaper, and leaves you in control.
