Private Session Terms of Participation & Agreement with Kim Peretz: By booking a private session with Kim Peretz, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Disclaimer of Professional Services I understand that Kim Peretz is not a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or financial advisor. All guidance offered during the session is for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or legal counsel. If I am in emotional distress or crisis, I agree to seek appropriate support from a qualified professional. 2. Personal Responsibility I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own well-being, decisions, and outcomes. All practices and tools shared by Kim—including energetic guidance, mindset coaching, and intuitive insights—are voluntary. I agree to participate with discernment and self-awareness. 3. No Guarantees While Kim offers transformative tools and intuitive support, I understand that specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. My results depend on my own mindset, energy, and integration of the work. 4. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy All sales are final. There are no refunds for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment. If I cancel or do not show up within this window, I forfeit the session. Rescheduling with less than 6 hours' notice is not guaranteed. 5. Intellectual Property I agree that all techniques, tools, and materials shared during my session are the intellectual property of Kim Peretz. I will not record, distribute, teach, or repurpose this content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action. 6. Technology & Access I understand that this session is conducted virtually. I am responsible for having a working internet connection and functioning device. Tech issues on my end do not qualify for a refund. Kim will do her best to accommodate minor technical issues, but access is ultimately my responsibility. 7. Use of Testimonials & Feedback If I choose to provide written or verbal feedback, I grant Kim Peretz permission to use my words, name, and likeness in marketing or promotional materials. I may revoke this consent at any time in writing. 8. Chargebacks & Disputes By booking this session, I agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Kim’s team to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without communication will be treated as a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action or being banned from future services. 9. Non-Disparagement I agree not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements—verbally or in writing—about Kim Peretz, her work, or her brand, including on social media, online reviews, or any public platform. This includes any content that may intentionally damage her reputation or business. Questions or concerns should be addressed privately and respectfully via email. 10. Taxes & Legal Responsibility I am solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to this purchase, in compliance with the laws of my jurisdiction. 11. Breach of Agreement I understand that any violation of the terms outlined in this agreement—including but not limited to unauthorized use of Kim Peretz’s intellectual property, initiating false chargebacks, making defamatory statements, or breaching the cancellation policy—may result in immediate termination of access to future services, restriction from booking future sessions, and potential legal action. I acknowledge that Kim reserves the right to protect her brand, content, and community in alignment with the law. By completing this booking, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
