Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content available through this site and Stan Store, including courses, guides, templates, videos, graphics, and written materials, is the property of Francesca Ramirez and Meticuloustry LLC. You may not copy, share, resell, or reproduce any content without written permission. Purchasing a product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes only.
Purchases & Payments
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of my products, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Coaching Calls & Virtual Workshops
If your purchase includes a 1:1 call, you are responsible for scheduling it. All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance by emailing info@meticuloustry.com with the subject line: CALL CANCELLATION - [date and time of your call].
If you miss your call or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you forfeit that session. Virtual workshops are non-transferable and are not recorded unless stated otherwise.
In-Person Training
Depending on the event, payment is collected either as a deposit to reserve your spot or as full payment upfront. Payment type is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
All payments for in-person training are non-refundable, no exceptions. This applies to deposits and full payments alike.
If you need to cancel, your spot will not be held and no credit or refund will be issued. If Meticuloustry LLC cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified and offered either a credit toward a future date or a full refund.
In-person training spots are non-transferable unless approved in writing in advance.

The information and resources I provide are for educational purposes. I do not guarantee any specific results or income from using my products or services. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, circumstances, and execution.
Privacy
I will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in Orange County, Florida.
