The thing that used to organize your life: the faith, the politics, the plan, the story about who you were supposed to be... has stopped working. You can't unsee what you've seen.
But nobody warns you about what comes after. The freedom only momentarily feels like liberation, then quickly like freefall. Nihilism, existential dread, & stuck in the 'nothing matters' thought loops. The people who still believe don't understand you, and the people who never believed don't either. And there's a pull to do something drastic: quit, leave, burn it all down. Just to feel like you're moving.

This session is for the rebuild. We start with what survived the collapse, the things that are still true for you, and we build upward from there: core values chosen on purpose, an identity that doesn't need borrowed scripts, and a personal philosophy strong enough to hold your weight. A way of seeing the world, and seeing yourself, that's finally yours.
The details: 75 minutes, a 1:1 session with Dash over Zoom. As we work, we build a custom Miro board together, a visual map of everything we uncover. It's yours to keep. No preparation needed. Come as you are.
