My journey with Vogue Pearl started with my first installation 15 years ago, and I was instantly obsessed. Having struggled with hair loss, and fine hair for years I was shocked by the growth I achieved in the 6 months I first wore it and the integrity of my hair after removal. I very quickly became enamoured with the idea of sharing this with the all of the women out there who struggled the same. I learned Vogue Pearl, opened a boutique salon, and it has been my sole income since. I have built my business with the flexibility to adjust my schedule when needed, service my clients with ease, and build my clientele while loving and supporting my children. I am so grateful that I took the leap I did, when I did.

This academy was fantastic! Megan put it together so well and very professional. I have been to other hair extension classes but this was by far the best. Learning about all of the different types of hair loss and how to prevent them as well. Very in depth. You leave feeling knowledgeable and confident. Plus Megan is always up beat and very nice.   • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, transfers, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to complete the material.

  • Because you receive immediate access to proprietary content upon payment, no chargebacks are permitted. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving access constitutes a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue collection of any reversed amounts plus associated fees.

  • Teach, train, certify, or instruct others using our methods, materials, or curriculum;

  • Use our content to create competing products, courses, or training programs.

  • Each purchase is licensed to one individual user. Businesses wishing to train multiple team members must purchase one license per user.

3. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Extensionist Salons Inc., its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, "the Company") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of any Academy product, method, or technique;

  • Services you perform on clients using techniques learned through the Academy;

  • Any breach by you of these Terms & Conditions;

  • Any claim that your use of the content infringes the rights of a third party.

You perform all services on your own clients at your own professional discretion and risk. The Company is not responsible for the outcome of any service you provide.

4. PROFESSIONAL USE

Academy technique programs are professional training intended for licensed hairstylists and extension specialists. They are not intended for at-home or DIY use. By purchasing, you represent that you will comply with all licensing, health, and safety requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We share our own business results for illustration only. We make no guarantee — express or implied — that you will achieve any particular income, client, or business result from our products. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and circumstances.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from any product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alberta, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
