Digital Product Usage and License
You agree that the Media Release 101 Toolkit and others purchased from Start Me Up PR and Theresa Tayler and all content, templates, videos, training materials, products, and services provided (collectively, the “Content”) are for your personal or internal business use only. The Toolkit is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content solely for your own purposes.
You may not:
Share, resell, redistribute, or republish the Toolkit or any Content, in whole or in part, to others.
Upload, post, or make available the Toolkit or Content for public or commercial use without express written permission from the Company.
Modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works except as allowed for internal use within your business or organization.
All Content is the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and/or termination of access.
No Refunds; All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once purchase is complete. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Calls, Consultations, and Scheduling
If your purchase includes a consultation call, you are responsible for scheduling. All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance by emailing info@startmeuppr.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]." No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the call.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the no refund policy and the personal-use license. You further agree not to share or redistribute the Toolkit or its contents.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
