These Terms & Conditions apply to all current and future free and paid offerings made available through this store, including but not limited to digital downloads, guides, toolkits, checklists, journals, worksheets, templates, educational materials, courses, programs, workshops, memberships, communities, one-on-one sessions, appointment-preparation support, patient education, advocacy-related services, and other products or services (collectively, the “Products and Services”).
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not access, download, purchase, book, or use the Products and Services.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The Products and Services offered by Sjogren’s with Jody LLC are provided for educational, informational, organizational, and support purposes only.
They are not intended to provide or replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, mental health care, legal advice, or other professional services.
Jody is a patient educator and advocate, not your physician or healthcare provider. Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or participating in any Product or Service does not create a doctor-patient, healthcare provider-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.
Information provided through the Products and Services should not be used to diagnose or treat a medical condition or to begin, discontinue, or change medications, treatments, testing, or other medical care without consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Every person’s health, circumstances, healthcare experience, and results are different.
Sjogren’s with Jody LLC does not promise or guarantee any particular outcome from the use of a Product or Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, receiving a diagnosis, obtaining particular testing or treatment, receiving a referral, changing a healthcare professional’s decision, improving symptoms, obtaining insurance coverage, improving an appointment outcome, or achieving any particular medical or healthcare result.
Testimonials, examples, personal experiences, or community experiences should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another individual will experience the same outcome.
INFORMATION ACCURACY AND CHANGING RESEARCH
Reasonable efforts are made to provide information believed to be accurate and useful at the time it is created or published.
However, medical research, clinical knowledge, recommendations, treatments, products, services, and other information can change over time.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS
Digital Products may include PDFs, guides, toolkits, journals, worksheets, checklists, templates, educational resources, videos, recordings, or other electronic materials.
You are responsible for having the technology, software, internet connection, and device capabilities necessary to access and use digital materials.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a Product purchased directly through this store, please contact us so we can make reasonable efforts to help resolve the problem.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access when an issue is caused by a third-party platform, internet provider, device, software provider, payment processor, or another service outside our reasonable control.
PAYMENTS AND PURCHASES
Prices for Products and Services will be displayed at the time of purchase. By submitting an order or booking, you agree to pay the price and any applicable taxes or other charges disclosed at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Sjogren’s with Jody LLC does not directly control the payment processor’s systems, processing times, or policies.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment and billing information.
A purchase is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed. If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, canceled, or otherwise not successfully completed, access to the applicable paid Product or Service may be withheld, suspended, or canceled as permitted by law.
Any recurring payment, subscription, installment plan, or payment plan offered in the future will have its applicable price and payment terms disclosed before purchase.
REFUND POLICY
Digital Products
Because digital products provide access to content that cannot be physically returned once delivered or accessed, all digital-product sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.
Refunds are not ordinarily provided because a purchaser changes their mind, decides they no longer want or need a resource, does not use the resource, or has downloaded or accessed the material.
If you experience a legitimate technical issue preventing you from accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the problem.
Nothing in this policy eliminates any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Services, Sessions, Programs, Memberships, and Other Offerings
Individual services, sessions, programs, courses, memberships, subscriptions, workshops, or similar offerings may have specific cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms disclosed in the description or purchase information for that offering.
Those terms become part of this agreement when you purchase or book that offering.
If no separate refund terms are provided, purchases are considered final once the applicable service or program has begun or access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Sjogren’s with Jody LLC may choose to issue a refund or other accommodation in an individual situation at its discretion. Doing so does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in other circumstances.
PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
If you believe there has been an error with a purchase or charge, please contact us at Jody@SjogrensWithJody.com so we have an opportunity to review and address the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under applicable law to dispute an unauthorized, fraudulent, or incorrect charge.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase, book a service, or enter into an agreement with Sjogren’s with Jody LLC.
Products and Services concerning children or adolescents are intended to be obtained and used by a parent, legal guardian, caregiver, or other appropriate adult unless expressly stated otherwise.
ONE-ON-ONE SERVICES AND ADVOCACY SUPPORT
One-on-one sessions, appointment-preparation services, patient education, advocacy support, navigation assistance, and similar services are educational and supportive in nature.
These services do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or the provision of medical care.
During these services, we may help you organize information, identify questions you may wish to ask, prepare for healthcare conversations, understand general educational information, or communicate your experiences more clearly.
We cannot guarantee that a healthcare professional will agree with, act upon, investigate, test for, diagnose, or treat any particular concern discussed during a session.
You remain responsible for your healthcare decisions and for discussing medical questions with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Products and Services may include personal experiences, examples, testimonials, community discussions, or experiences shared by other individuals.
Such information represents individual experiences and should not be considered medical evidence, individualized medical advice, or a guarantee of similar results.
Information shared by community members or other third parties does not necessarily represent the views or recommendations of Sjogren’s with Jody LLC.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERSONAL USE
Unless otherwise expressly stated, original Products and Services and their contents—including written materials, guides, worksheets, checklists, templates, graphics, videos, recordings, educational materials, branding, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to Sjogren’s with Jody LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Receiving or purchasing a Product or Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may download and print reasonable copies of downloadable resources for your own personal use.
You may not, without prior written permission:
• Share purchased files, download links, account access, or paid materials with another person;
• Copy or reproduce Products for distribution;
• Sell, resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, upload, or commercially exploit the materials;
• Modify the materials and represent them as your own;
• Remove copyright, branding, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• Use our materials to create substantially similar resources for sale or distribution; or
• Use Products or Services to train, develop, or populate commercial artificial-intelligence systems, datasets, products, or services.
If another individual would like a copy of one of our resources, they should obtain their own copy through an authorized source.
FREE RESOURCES
Free Products and Services are also subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Providing a resource at no charge does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights and does not authorize redistribution, resale, modification for commercial purposes, or representation of the resource as someone else’s work.
THIRD-PARTY RESOURCES, PRODUCTS, AND LINKS
Products and Services may reference third-party websites, research, publications, organizations, healthcare resources, products, services, or platforms.
These references may be provided for educational purposes or convenience.
Sjogren’s with Jody LLC does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, accuracy, performance, products, policies, or services.
A reference to a third-party product, company, professional, resource, or organization does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
When we have an affiliate, sponsorship, paid partnership, or other material relationship that requires disclosure, reasonable efforts will be made to disclose that relationship.
PRODUCTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
From time to time, we may discuss or recommend products, tools, resources, or services that Jody or members of the community have found useful.
Individual experiences vary. A product or resource mentioned or recommended through our Products and Services is not guaranteed to be appropriate, effective, safe, or beneficial for every individual.
Health-related products should be used according to their instructions and, when appropriate, discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
Products and Services may be sold, delivered, scheduled, hosted, or processed through third-party platforms, payment processors, email providers, video-conferencing providers, community platforms, or other technology services.
Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, refund procedures, and other requirements.
Sjogren’s with Jody LLC is not responsible for outages, interruptions, processing delays, technical errors, security incidents, or other problems caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
PRIVACY AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Information you provide may be used as reasonably necessary to process your transaction, deliver a requested Product or Service, administer a booking or program, provide transactional communications, respond to inquiries, and operate our business.
Obtaining a free resource or purchasing a Product or Service does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing or newsletter emails where separate consent is required.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable consent requirements and available unsubscribe or opt-out rights.
Please use care when submitting sensitive personal or health information electronically and provide only information reasonably necessary for the service in which you have chosen to participate.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Products and Services:

• In a manner that infringes another person’s rights;

You acknowledge that educational information cannot account for every individual’s circumstances and that you remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and deciding how you use information provided through the Products and Services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or change Products and Services, their features, pricing, availability, or content from time to time.
Where a purchaser has purchased permanent access to a specific downloadable product, discontinuation of future sales does not intentionally revoke a copy already lawfully downloaded by that purchaser, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
We do not guarantee that every Product or Service will remain available indefinitely.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our business, Products and Services, technology, or applicable requirements change.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version presented or in effect when that transaction occurs, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Continued use of ongoing Products or Services after updated terms become effective may be subject to the updated Terms where legally permissible and appropriately communicated.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
NO WAIVER
If Sjogren’s with Jody LLC does not enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions in a particular situation, that does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection or other law requires otherwise.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific terms clearly disclosed for an individual Product or Service at the time of purchase, booking, registration, or enrollment, constitute the agreement concerning that Product or Service.
Specific terms for an individual offering supplement these Terms & Conditions. If a specific term directly conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific term will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
