Appointment Terms & Cancellation Policy
By purchasing and booking a Dermashape or Spray Tan appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Rescheduling
• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are nonrefundable.
No-Shows
• Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and nonrefundable.
Refunds
• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
• Processing fees are non-refundable.
