By using this website or any site operated by DrSullySpeaks, LLC DBA Organic Coaching And Consulting or Anchored Assembly – The San Antonio Community Church (collectively, the “Company”), you signify your full consent to these Terms and Conditions. 1. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
Your access to and use of this website, including all related websites operated by DrSullySpeaks, LLC DBA Organic Coaching And Consulting and Anchored Assembly (collectively, the “Site”), is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all applicable laws. By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms without limitation or qualification, and acknowledge that any prior agreements between you and the Company are superseded and have no further effect.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
The Site and all its content, including but not limited to: videos, training materials, products, services, HTML/CSS, graphics, voice and sound recordings, artwork, photographs, documents, written text, and overall design (collectively, the “Content”), are maintained for your personal use and information by DrSullySpeaks, LLC DBA Organic Coaching And Consulting (the “Company”). All Content is the property of the Company and/or its licensed third-party providers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded without express written permission from the Company. This includes but is not limited to: DrSullySpeaks, Organic Coaching & Consulting, Anchored Assembly, The Honest Kingdom Voice, Say So Store, Brand YOUniversity, The Forge SA, SPARK Club, 490X, and all associated branding. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark or proprietary information without the express written consent of the Company.
4. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1 Accuracy Disclaimer
While the Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information on the Site, no warranties or representations are made regarding accuracy. The Company assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
4.2 Earnings Disclaimer
THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY MONEY USING THE SITE, SERVICES, OR TECHNOLOGY. All earning potential is entirely dependent on the individual, including but not limited to: your products, ideas, execution, time invested, finances, knowledge, and skill. Results vary. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

5. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT
By registering with the Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications about new products or services, and other correspondence from the Company, including by email.
6. USER SUBMISSIONS
Any comments, suggestions, notes, text, drawings, images, designs, or computer programs you submit to the Company shall become the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company. The Company shall exclusively own all intellectual property rights in and to all submissions and may use them for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
7. DATA SECURITY
The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to data and files. However, no system is entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge that an unauthorized third party may potentially access, view, copy, modify, or distribute data you store using the Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk.

9. PAYMENT, PURCHASES, AND REFUND POLICY
You agree to pay for all products and services purchased through the Company. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid payment method.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of the Company’s products, no refunds are offered unless a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to delivery, in which case your sole remedy is a refund of the purchase price.
Prices for products offered by the Company may change at any time without notice. The Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement or a refund, as determined by the Company.
10. SCHEDULED CALLS AND COACHING SESSIONS
If your purchase includes scheduled calls with the Company, you are responsible for booking those sessions. All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a call, you must email legal@drsullyspeaks.com with the subject line: “CALL CANCELLATION – [Date & Time of Call]” no fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled call. Failure to appear for a scheduled call or to cancel within the 48-hour window results in forfeiture of that session without refund or rescheduling.
11. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit your use of the Site, terminate your account, or refuse access to the Site, Content, products, or services if it determines that you have violated these Terms or any other rules or conditions of the Company.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and each of its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to:
Your breach of these Terms;
Any violation by you of applicable law or the rights of any third party;
Any materials, information, or content you post or share on or through the Site;
Your use of the Site or services; or
Your conduct in connection with the Site, services, or other users.
The Company reserves the right to assume exclusive defense of any claim for which indemnification is warranted, and you agree to cooperate fully.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas for any dispute arising under these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VIOLATION REPORTING
If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being violated or that any work belonging to you has been reproduced on the Site without authorization, please notify the Company at: legal@drsullyspeaks.com. Include your name and contact information, description of your work and how it is being violated, all relevant copyright and/or trademark registration information, the URL of the alleged violation, and any other information you deem relevant.
