PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
These Terms and Conditions apply to products and services offered by GROK LLC / Connie Willis through this Stan Store, including Blue Rock Talk, Connie After Dark, Project: Creepy Hotspots, the Win Any Lottery Course, paid live or recorded shows, memberships, courses, books, digital downloads, virtual events, merchandise, and related content.
By checking the agreement box and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into a contract where you live, to make a purchase.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Prices, billing schedules, product descriptions, and included features are displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through Stan and its payment providers, including Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charges.
GROK LLC / Connie Willis may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, product availability, or other legitimate business reasons.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No refunds will be issued after a course, download, recording, or other digital product has been purchased or access has been delivered.
This no-refund policy applies whether or not the purchaser opens, watches, downloads, uses, accesses, or completes the purchased course or product.
WIN ANY LOTTERY COURSE
All purchases of the Win Any Lottery Course are final and non-refundable after purchase or delivery of access.
No refund will be issued because a purchaser does not open, watch, use, access, or complete the course or because the purchaser does not achieve a desired result.
PAID SHOWS AND EVENTS
Purchases of live shows, recorded shows, livestreams, virtual events, and other paid programming are final and non-refundable.
No refund will be issued because a purchaser fails to attend, watch, access, or participate in a show or event.
PROJECT: CREEPY HOTSPOTS
All Project: Creepy Hotspots registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is submitted.
Funds received are committed to producing the expedition, including travel, crew, equipment, technology, planning, research, lodging, transportation, and other production expenses.
The no-refund policy applies whether or not the purchaser attends, watches, accesses, or participates in the expedition or related programming.
MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership and subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Canceling a membership stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not create a refund for previous payments or for any unused portion of the current billing period.
BOOKS, DOWNLOADS, MERCHANDISE, AND OTHER PRODUCTS
Purchases of books, downloads, merchandise, and other products are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted merely because a purchaser changes their mind, no longer wants the product, or does not use it.
If a physical item arrives materially damaged, defective, or incorrect, the purchaser must contact connie@conniewillis.com promptly with the order information and photographs. GROK LLC / Connie Willis may provide a replacement or another appropriate remedy.
NON-DELIVERY OR CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
If GROK LLC / Connie Willis cannot provide a purchased product or service, we may provide restored access, a replacement product, a replacement date, comparable programming, a recording, or account credit.
A refund will be provided only when required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that legally cannot be waived.
AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS
Certain products, including memberships and subscription-based access, renew automatically.
THE PRICE AND BILLING FREQUENCY ARE DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT. BY PURCHASING A RECURRING MEMBERSHIP, YOU AUTHORIZE THE PAYMENT METHOD PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT TO BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY AT THE STATED INTERVAL UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation link provided in your Stan recurring-payment email.
Cancellation stops future charges. Access may continue through the end of the period already paid for. No refund or prorated refund will be issued for previous charges or any unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by law.
Required billing, renewal, cancellation, price-change, and other subscription notices may be sent electronically. These are service-related communications and are not marketing emails.
PAYMENT PLANS
A payment plan is different from a cancel-anytime recurring membership.
If a payment plan is offered and selected, the purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments. Stopping use of the product, course, or service does not cancel the remaining payment obligation, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
SHOWS, EVENTS, AND SCHEDULE CHANGES
Dates, times, guests, topics, locations, and production details for live shows, expeditions, and virtual events may change.
A reasonable schedule, guest, topic, location, format, or production change does not create a right to a refund.
If an event cannot proceed as originally scheduled, GROK LLC / Connie Willis may provide a new date, replacement program, recording, comparable access, or account credit.
WIN ANY LOTTERY COURSE DISCLAIMER
The Win Any Lottery Course is provided for educational and entertainment purposes.
No lottery method or strategy can guarantee a winning ticket, prize, income, profit, or financial result. Lottery participation involves risk.
Purchasers are responsible for their own purchasing and playing decisions and for complying with the lottery laws and age requirements where they live.
Testimonials, examples, prior results, and educational materials do not guarantee that another person will receive similar results.
Nothing provided in the course constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL CONTENT
Shows, interviews, investigations, courses, commentary, and related materials may discuss personal experiences, theories, opinions, paranormal subjects, UFOs, Bigfoot, Advanced Entities™, Strange Lights, health, wellness, and other unusual or developing topics.

PERSONAL USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless written permission is provided, purchased content is licensed only to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, share, publish, distribute, resell, upload, publicly display, or create derivative products from protected videos, livestreams, recordings, courses, books, downloads, photographs, artwork, graphics, written materials, trademarks, or other content.
Membership access, passwords, purchase links, recordings, and downloadable materials may not be shared with another person.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful software, harass other participants, violate another person’s rights, or use products or services for unlawful purposes.
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, account sharing, harassment, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property violations, or material violations of these Terms. Such termination does not create a right to a refund.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Purchasing a product authorizes necessary transactional communications concerning receipts, access instructions, billing, account security, subscription administration, schedule changes, cancellations, and customer service.
Promotional or marketing emails will be sent only when the purchaser provides the applicable marketing consent. Marketing emails may be stopped using the unsubscribe link contained in those emails.
PRIVACY AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared with service providers such as Stan, Stripe, email providers, website hosts, and other vendors when reasonably necessary to process payments, deliver products, administer memberships, protect accounts, comply with law, or operate the business.
GROK LLC / Connie Willis does not directly store complete payment-card information processed by third-party payment providers.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND LINKS
Some content may include links or referrals to products, platforms, or services provided by independent third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GROK LLC / Connie Willis does not manufacture, sell, fulfill, control, or warrant third-party products or services.
Purchases made directly from another provider are governed by that provider’s terms, refund policies, shipping rules, warranties, privacy policies, and other applicable conditions.
GROK LLC / Connie Willis may receive compensation or another benefit from certain referral purchases when disclosed.
PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
Access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, internet outages, platform failures, payment-provider problems, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to address problems under our control but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to every platform, livestream, recording, or digital service.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES EXCEPT THOSE THAT LEGALLY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROK LLC / CONNIE WILLIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCTS, CONTENT, STORE, OR SERVICES.
TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GROK LLC / Connie Willis and its representatives from claims, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, misuse of the products or services, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any nonwaivable consumer rights or legally required venue, disputes will be brought in the appropriate state courts located in Denver County, Colorado, or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.
The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
