Creations From The Heart LLC specializes in custom-made items and digital products. Because everything is created specifically for you based on the details you provide, all sales are final except in the limited situations described below.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to:
Custom physical products
(e.g., photo blankets, blanket bundles, mugs, tumblers, shirts, ornaments, etc.)
Digital products
(e.g., design files, templates, printables, and other downloadable content)
2. All Custom & Digital Orders Are Final Sale
Because custom and digital products cannot be returned or resold, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size, item, or design
Typos or errors in names, dates, or text that were entered by you
Low-resolution, blurry, or poor-quality photos provided by you
Please double-check all names, dates, photos, and design details before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that all information is correct.
3. Product Defects or Seller Error
Your satisfaction matters, and we will always correct issues that are our fault.
You may be eligible for a replacement (or a resolution at our discretion) if:
The product arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing issue
You receive the wrong item, design, or size compared to what you ordered
A digital file is corrupted or unusable and cannot be accessed properly
In these cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (or download) and include:
If we confirm that the issue is caused by us, we will repair, replace, or re-send the product or file. Refunds are generally not issued and are only considered in rare, exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
4. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe an unauthorized purchase has been made using your account or payment method, contact us immediately. We will review the situation and may issue a refund only if the purchase is verified as unauthorized.
5. Digital Products – No Refunds After Delivery
Once digital files are delivered (e.g., download link provided or files sent), all sales are final.
If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, we will happily help you regain access, but refunds are not available once the files have been delivered.
